Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados successfully advised Crédito Directo S.A. (“Directo”) on the update of the prospectus of its global program of issuance of non-convertible notes for an amount up to US$ 100,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).

The Issuer Manager Department of the National Securities Commission authorized the aforementioned update on April 29, 2026.

Directo’s main activity is the provision of financial assistance to individuals, through the granting of personal consumer loans mainly for financing the acquisition of motorcycles, home appliances, electronic products, appliances and furniture through different indirect distribution channels, such as department stores and retail chains and stores distributed throughout Argentina.
