Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Automotores Pampeanos S.A. («Automotores Pampeanos») on its first issuance of notes under the Low-Impact Automatic Authorization Regime, for an aggregate principal amount of US$ 3,950,000 (the «Notes»). The issuance of the Notes took place on May 20, 2026, at a fixed nominal annual interest rate of 5.47%, and at an issue price of 100% of the principal amount.
The Issuer operates under the trade name «Pampawagen» as the exclusive official dealership of the Volkswagen Argentina brand for the entire Province of La Pampa. The company belongs to Grupo Opencars / Grupo ST, has over 30 years of experience in the Argentine automotive market, and leads the new and used vehicle segments in the province, with a commercial presence in General Pico and Santa Rosa. Its product portfolio includes key Volkswagen models such as the Amarok, Taos, Nivus, and T-Cross, complemented by a solid after-sales and spare parts service.
The offering was targeted at local market investors, and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on A3 Mercados S.A. (A3) and for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (ByMA).
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.U., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Patagonia S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., and Macro Securities S.A.U. acted as arrangers of the transaction.
