Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Entre S.R..L. as issuer (the “Issuer”) and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco Mariva S.A. as arrangers, placement agents and guarantee entities, and SBS Trading S.A. in its capacity as arranger and placement agent, on the issuance of the Series I Notes with a nominal value of $1,000,000,000, denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, maturing on August 28, 2028, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the TAMAR rate plus a -1,51% margin; issued under the National Securities and Exchange Commission’s Automatic Public Offering Authorization Regime for its Low Impact (the “Notes”).

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco Mariva S.A. in their capacities as guaranteeing entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission.

Entre S.R.L. is a company with more than 60 years of experience in the comprehensive management of solid waste, with operations in the cities of San Nicolás de los Arroyos, Zárate and Pergamino, as well as services provided to private-sector companies. Its activities include the collection, treatment and final disposal of municipal solid waste, under international standards for quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.

Since 1996, the company has operated an environmental complex in San Nicolás, authorized for the disposal of municipal solid waste and industrial waste comparable to household waste generated by industries in the surrounding area. The complex also includes a recyclable material sorting plant and a leachate treatment plant, reflecting Entre S.R.L.’s commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and social and environmental responsibility.
