S.A. as issuer (the “Issuer”) and Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. as arranger, placement agent and guaranteeing entity, on the issuance of the Series I Notes with a nominal value of $6,000,000,000, denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, maturing on July 31, 2028, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the TAMAR rate plus a -1.00% margin; issued under the National Securities and Exchange Commission’s Automatic Public Offering Authorization Regime for its Low Impact (the “Notes”).
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. in its capacity as guaranteeing entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission.
