TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Latamly S.A. as issuer (the “Issuer”) and Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Banco Mariva S.A and Banco Supervielle S.A. as arrangers, placement agents and guaranteeing entities, and PP Inversiones S.A. as placement agent, on the issuance of the Series II Notes with a nominal value of $4,300,000,000, denominated and payable in in Argentine Pesos, maturing on July 17, 2028, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the TAMAR rate plus a -1,00% margin; issued under the National Securities and Exchange Commission’s Automatic Public Offering Authorization Regime for its Low Impact (the “Notes”).
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Banco Mariva S.A and Banco Supervielle S.A. in their capacity as guaranteeing entities authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
