Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Diesel Lange S.R.L. (“Diesel Lange”) on its first issuance of notes under the Low-Impact Automatic Authorization Regime, for a value of US$1,200,000 (the “Notes”). The issuance of the Notes took place on March 25, 2026, at a fixed interest rate of 5.90%, payable quarterly.
In addition, the transaction constituted the first issuance of guaranteed notes denominated and payable in U.S. dollars, under the Low Impact Automatic Authorization Regime.
Diesel Lange is a commercial and service company engaged in the sale of machinery, equipment and implements for use in the agricultural sector, as well as construction machinery, carrying out its activities in the provinces of Córdoba, Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, La Pampa, Mendoza, San Luis, San Juan, Neuquén and Río Negro. It is an official John Deere dealer. In addition, it markets Michelin tires.
The offering was addressed to the general public in the local market, and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on A3 Mercados S.A.
Banco CMF S.A. acted as organizer, placement agent and guarantor entity of the Notes.
