Cerolini & Ferrari advised on the issuance of Datastar Argentina S.A.’s Series I CNV-Guaranteed SME Corporate Bonds

EGFA Abogados advised Datastar Argentina S.A. (the “Issuer”), in its capacity as issuer, and Cerolini
& Ferrari Abogados advised: i) Banco CMF S.A., in its capacity as arranger, placement agent,
guarantee entity and settlement agent; ii) Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires; iii) Banco de
Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.; and iv) Banco Supervielle S.A., the latter three in their capacity as
arrangers, placement agents and guarantee entities (together, the “Arrangers, Placement Agents and
Guarantee Entities”), in connection with the issuance of the SME CNV Guaranteed Series I Notes (the
“Notes”), under the Automatic Public Offering Authorization Regime for Low Impact Issuances of the
Argentine Securities Commission.
The Notes were issued on September 29, 2026, in an aggregate principal amount of
AR$4,762,500,000, maturing on September 29, 2028, at a floating interest rate equal to the sum of (i)
the “Tasa TAMAR Privada”, plus (ii) a cut-off margin of 0.00% per annum.
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco CMF S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco
de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. and Banco Supervielle S.A., each for up to 25% (twenty-five
percent) of the principal amount issued, equivalent to up to $1,190,625,000 each, plus the
corresponding interest, expenses and court costs, severally and not jointly, as Guarantee Entities
authorized by the Argentine Securities Commission, in accordance with the guarantee certificates
granted.
The offering of the Notes was directed to the general public and the Notes have been authorized for
listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (ByMA) and for trading on A3 Mercados S.A. (A3).
The Issuer is a company with more than twenty (20) years of experience in technology integration,
providing consulting, management and technology architecture services throughout the entire
product life cycle nationwide, with a stronger presence in the greater Buenos Aires metropolitan
area, whose registered office is located at Av. Almafuerte 63, City of Buenos Aires.
