Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Pallets Jauregui S.A. (“Pallets Jauregui”) on its first issuance of notes under the Low-Impact Automatic Authorization Regime, for a value of $1,100,000,000 (the “Notes”). The issuance of the Notes took place on February 6, 2026, at a variable interest rate equivalent to the Tamar Rate with a cut-off margin of 0.99%, payable quarterly.

Pallets Jauregui is a company specialising in the industrial manufacture of high-quality wooden packaging and biofuels, offering a wide variety of products including pallets, crates, racks, separators, wedged strips and all types of accommodation wood, as well as being the first leading company in the manufacture and distribution of pellets. One of the main differentiating factors of the products offered lies in their robustness—i.e., a balance between the quality of the raw materials used and the care taken with the finishing touches.

The offering was addressed to qualified investors in the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on A3 Mercados S.A.

Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as arrangers, placement agents and guarantor entities of the Notes.

External legal counsel of Pallets Jauregui, Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
