Cerolini & Ferrari advised Recard S.A., as issuer, and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Banco Mariva S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. y Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.U as arrangers, placement agents and guaranteeing entities, on the issuance of the Series II Notes with a nominal value of $1,000,000,000, denominated and payable in in Argentine Pesos, maturing on July 21, 2028, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the TAMAR rate plus a -1.16% margin, under the Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization due to Low Impact (the “Notes”).
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Mariva S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.U in their capacity as guaranteeing entities authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish)
