Martin Chindamo holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the same institution, which he completed with honors (cum laude). His practice specializes in capital markets, financial, banking, and fintech law, compliance, and M&A.

With over 13 years of experience, he has advised leading companies, financial institutions, brokerage firms, and fintechs on regulatory, foreign exchange, and financial matters, as well as complex financing and investment transactions and corporate reorganizations.

He has been involved in debt and equity issuances, takeover bids and exchanges, the establishment of financial trusts, syndicated and bilateral loans, refinancing processes, collateral structuring, M&A, and investment rounds.

Before joining Cerolini & Ferrari in 2018, he worked at leading law firms in Argentina, such as Bruchou & Funes de Rioja (2012–2015) and Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (2015–2018).

Martin is a member of the Federal Capital Bar Association, the Argentine Bank Lawyers Committee, and the Argentine Fintech Chamber, among other organizations.
