Cerolini & Ferrari advised Buhl S.A. in its entry into the public offering regime and in its first issuance of SME Notes under the PyME CNV Garantizada regime of the Argentine Stock Exchange Commission.
In that context, on July 30, 2021, Buhl successfully issued Series I of the SME Notes for a nominal amount of AR$150,000,000, maturing in January 2023, at a variable rate (BADLAR) with a 4.25% applicable margin.
Banco CMF S.A. (CMF) acted as arranger, placement agent and guarantor of the notes.
Buhl is a company engaged in the manufacture, marketing and distribution of rubber products and other mass consumer products for 30 years and has a nationwide presence, supplying the following sales channels: drugstores, kiosks, supermarkets, e-commerce.
