Cerolini & Ferrari advised Nirihuau in a new issuance of corporate bonds together with BST, CMF, Supervielle, Mariva and Macro.

Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Comercial y Ganadera del Nirihuau S.A. in its fourth issuance of notes under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a par value of $295,000,000 (the «Notes«).

Nirihuau is a company engaged in farming and cattle raising through a growing and sustainable model. This activity is carried out in four ranches located in the provinces of Buenos Aires and La Pampa.

On March 16, 2023, Nirihuau issued series IV Notes for a nominal amount of $295,000,000, at a variable interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus an applicable margin of 3.80%, payable semiannually and at an price of 100% of the nominal value.

The maturity date of the Notes is March 2025 and their principal will be amortized in two installments, each equal to 50% of the nominal value.

The issuance was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (ByMA), and for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE).

Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco CMF S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A. and Macro Securities S.A.U. acted as arrangers and placement agents. In turn, Supervielle Agente de Negociación S.A.U. acted as sub-placement agent and, finally, Banco CMF S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Mariva S.A. and Banco Macro S.A. acted, in turn, as guarantors.
