Cerolini & Ferrari advised Banco CMF S.A., as arranger, administrative agent and lender, and Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco de San Juan S.A. as lenders, in the granting of a syndicated loan to Club Atlético River Plate for a total amount of $600.000.000.

The Club Atlético River Plate, is a sports entity based in the city of Buenos Aires, founded in 1901, whose main and most prestigious activity is the professional practice of men’s soccer locally and internationally.

The closing of the transaction occurred on October 22, 2021. The financing was secured by a package of guarantees that includes pledge and assignments of credit rights.
