02 Sep 21 Cerolini & Ferrari advised Fortehouse, BST and Aval Federal

Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Fortehouse S.A. in a new issuance of SME notes under the PyME CNV Garantizada regime of the Argentine Stock Exchange Commission.

Fortehouse is a company engaged in the retail sale of construction materials. It sells all kinds of products, both coarse materials and steel and those related to finishes, faucets, sanitary ware, sanitary installations, pumps, openings and paints.

In this regard, on August 12, 2021, Fortehouse issued Series II SME Notes for a nominal amount of AR$25,000,000, maturing in February 2023, at a variable rate (BADLAR) with a 6% applicable margin.

Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. (BST) acted as arranger and placement agent and Aval Federal S.G.R. acted as guarantor.
