Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Granville S.A. in a new issuance of SME notes under the PyME CNV Garantizada regime of the Argentine Stock Exchange Commission.
Granville is a company dedicated to the commercialization of new and used cars, as well as after-sales service and spare parts sales. It operates in Junín and Pergamino, Province of Buenos Aires, and has a radius of influence that reaches other localities in the Province of Buenos Aires.
In this regard, on March 31, 2021, Granville issued Series II SME Notes for a nominal amount of AR$60,000,000, maturing in March 2024, at a variable rate (BADLAR) with a 2% applicable margin.
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. (BST) acted as arranger and placement agent, Adcap Securities Argentina acted as placement agent and Intergarantías S.G.R. and PyME Aval S.G.R. acted as guarantors.
