18 Sep 23 Cerolini & Ferrari advised in the first issuance of Lange Agropecuaria S.A.

Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Lange Agropecuaria S.A. (“LASA”) and Banco CMF S.A. (“Banco CMF”) in the first issuance of notes of LASA under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a value of US$ 3,000,000 (the “Notes”).

LASA is a company located in Realicó, province of La Pampa, dedicated since 1998 to agricultural and livestock exploitation. The productive scheme is based on its own and rented fields, located in La Pampa, south of San Luis and south of Córdoba.

On August 31, 2023, LASA issued Series I of Notes for a value of US$ 3,000,000 at an annual nominal interest rate of 0% and at an issue price equivalent to 108,7900% of the nominal value of the Notes.

The maturity date of the Notes will be August 2025, and their principal will be amortized in five installments.

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE).

Banco CMF acted as arranger, placement agent and guarantor of the Notes.
