Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Del Fabro Hnos. y Cía. S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Benedit Bursátil S.A. in the third issuance of notes of Del Fabro under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada (the «Notes»).

Del Fabro is an agricultural and livestock exploitation company. Its activity takes place among different locations within the provinces of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe. In this context, on July 21, 2023, Del Fabro issued Series III Class I of Notes for a value of $447,750. 000 maturing in July 2025, at a variable rate with a 4% applicable margin; and Series III Class I of Notes for a value of US$ 319,922 maturing in July 2026 at an annual nominal interest rate of 0%

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (ByMA) and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE).

Supervielle, BST, Galicia and Benedit acted as arrangers and placement agents and, in turn, Supervielle, BST and Galicia acted as guarantors of the issuance.
