Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados successfully advised Crédito Directo S.A. (“Directo”) in (i) the increase of the amount of its global program of issuance of notes from US$ 25,000,000 to US$ 100,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies), and (ii) the update of the prospectus information of such program.

The National Securities Commission authorized the aforementioned increase in amount and update on May 19, 2025.

Directo’s main activity is the provision of financial assistance to individuals, through the granting of personal consumer loans mainly for financing the acquisition of motorcycles, home appliances, electronic products, appliances and furniture through different indirect distribution channels, such as department stores and retail chains and stores distributed throughout Argentina.
