Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Klonal S.R.L. (“Klonal”) in the first issuance of notes under the Regimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a value of $400.000.000 (the “Notes”).

Klonal is a company with more than 30 years in the Argentine pharmaceutical market, specialised in supplying sanatoriums, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies, offering medicines in different pharmaceutical forms: injectables, oral solids, syrups, drops, powders for oral suspension, ovules and ophthalmic solutions.

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (“MAE”) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“ByMA”)

Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A. acted as arrangers, placement agents and guarantors of the Notes.
