Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Pallets Jauregui S.A. (“Pallets Jauregui”) in the first issuance of notes under the Regimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a value of $806.250.000 (the “Notes”).

Pallets Jauregui is a company specialising in the industrial manufacture of high-quality wooden packaging and biofuels, offering a wide variety of products including pallets, crates, racks, separators, wedged strips and all types of accommodation wood, as well as being the first leading company in the manufacture and distribution of pellets.

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (“MAE”) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“ByMA”)

Max Capital, S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. acted as arrangers and placement agents. By the other hand, Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U and Fid Aval S.G.R. acted as guarantors of the Notes.
