Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised RDA Renting S.A. (“RDA”) in the fourth issuance of notes under the Regimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a value of $700.000.000 (the “Notes”).

RDA is a company specialised in fleet management and vehicle leasing. The service provided by the issuer includes, among other things, (i) professional advice to customers on the choice of their vehicles according to criteria of functionality and efficiency, evaluating financial proposals and market availability, and (ii) the management of quotations, purchases, registration procedures and compliance with local regulations, as well as special procedures such as license plates, armouring, security, accessories, among others.

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (“MAE”) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“ByMA”)

Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco de Valores S.A. acted as arranger, placement agent and guarantor of the Notes. In addition, Fid Aval S.G.R. acted as guarantor. Finally, Price Waterhouse & Co. Asesores de Empresas S.R.L. acted as financial advisor for the issuance of the Notes.
