Cerolini & Ferrari advised in the second issuance of Gestión de Préstamos y Cobranzas S.A.

Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised Gestión de Préstamos y Cobranzas S.A. (“GPyC”), Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. (“BST”), and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A. (“Bancor”) in the second issuance of notes of GPyC under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a value of $400.000.000 (the “Notes”).

GPyC is dedicated to the enhancement of assets – acquired and third party – through the provision of collection, sales and customer services, supported by high quality processes, state-of-the-art technological tools and a team of collaborators committed to creating value and achieving excellent results.

On October 18, 2024, GPyC issued Series II of Notes for a value of $400.000.000 at a variable rate with a cut-off margin of 9% and at an issue price equivalent to 100% of the nominal value of the Notes.

The maturity date of the Notes will be April 2026, and their principal will be amortized in 2 consecutive half-yearly instalments, which will mature on 18 October 2025 and 18 April 2026, respectively.

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA).

BST an Bancor acted as arranger and placement agents of the Notes. In addition, Bancor acted as guarantor of Notes.
