Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados successfully advised Prontopaga S.A. (“ProntoPaga”) in the start up of its operations in Argentina as a payment services provider under the function of aggregator (“PSP”).

ProntoPaga is a leading payment processing company in Latin America with operations in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, and now Argentina as part of its expansion in the region. The company has a platform that offers a wide range of payment methods to digital merchants, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid, cash payments and bank transfers, ensuring accessibility to its customers.

The assistance provided by Cerolini & Ferrari consisted, among other matters, in the incorporation of ProntoPaga in the country and its registration as a PSP with the Argentine Central Bank.
