Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised White Lions in its role as lead investor in Galtec’s first investment round.

White Lions is a firm of angel investors involved in businesses that aim to generate a great impact and improvement in the well-being of people and the health of the planet, particularly in the area of life sciences, biotechnology and agricultural technology.

Galtec is a biotech company founded and led by the Argentinean scientist Gabriel Rabinovich, together with its executive director Daniel Falcón, oriented to the development of an investment project in immunotherapies associated with the use of monoclonal antibodies on “Galectins” molecules, to be applied in the fight against cancer and autoimmune diseases that, potentially, will have a huge impact in the field of immumo-oncology.

In this regard, Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados, through its Banking & Corporate area, advised the partners and the White Lions team in the implementation of the necessary structures to carry out their successful participation in Galtec’s first investment round.
